Whether it is Craftsman, Tudor, Colonial, Modern, or an eclectic mixture of several of these, the specific use of architectural styles adds an aesthetic that is missing from most new homes today. Function Hudson Custom Homes is a design-build firm. We specialize in designing homes from the ground up so that they are tailored to fit the way a family lives. We believe that a well designed square footage is more important than the quantity of square footage. Wasted space at a cost per square foot is infinitely expensive. We at Hudson Custom Homes strive to design homes that are efficient in their use as well and pleasing to the eye. Budget It is important to note that building a custom designed home with character does not necessarily cost more than a “cookie cutter” house. By designing a house tailored to a homeowner’s specific needs we can assure that a homeowner is purchasing only those things that they want and need which in turn maximizes the value gained for any given budget. Regardless of budget will we will not compromise on quality. Price point determines the level of amenity, not the level of quality.
