I hired MLM Design in 2015 to design and furnish a formal living room as well as a powder bath remodel. I was so thrilled with the finished product that I decided to hire MLM again this year for a larger renovation including a covered porch with fireplace, new installed sliding glass doors and furniture layout/design. Once again, my expectations were exceeded. I absolutely love the space! I appreciate that I can count on Mary Lynn for both interior and exterior design decisions. She is also able to communicate with my contractor to assure the result on the construction side agrees with the overall design plan. She has such a gift at adding charm and beauty with unique details and simple solutions. She is a great listener and works to incorporate my family's desires and needs into the overall design. She is professional and great fun to work with! I recently hired MLM for a third renovation (second floor including selections: hardwood, carpet, paint, furnishings/fabrics for 3 girls bedrooms & 2 full bath renovations). I am looking forward to seeing the new spaces she is designing come to life and reflect the personalities of my three daughters.
