I just want to say that this company came highly recommended to me by another fireplace business that had gone out of business. I first called on January 21, 2021 to inquire about receiving a quote for a remodel. I was told that my information would be passed to Amber. Amber called me back within an hour and I explained what we wanted and she asked me to send her pictures of our current fireplace. I did those things and we sent a few more messages back and forth. The next day I messaged her because I still had no details about what brand fireplaces they sell or when I could expect to receive a quote. She then suggested a fireplace, told me to choose which size and send it to her in email and she would get me a quote on a fireplace and for framing. It's been 3 weeks and I've heard nothing. I feel this is very poor customer service on their end. I tried to call the store again and they just always refer me back to Amber. She is the only contact and doesn't communicate well. I would suggest you take your business elsewhere. We went to Dave at Flames Fireplaces and Gas Grills and he took great care of us.

200% satisfied, Melissa did a great job and got my fireplaces and outdoor gas pit working again. Will definitely call her again.

Melissa was great - I highly recommend! CDR installed an auto (remote) fireplace starter and fixed my damper. Everything was fast, friendly and efficient.
