I LOVE this company and we could NOT be happier with the personal attention that they gave us. They treated us like family and were honest and kind each time we were in contact with them. I would recommend them to ANYONE and can promise you will feel their customer service the moment they step in your home. We had a lot of companies come to give us a quote and the quality of their floor, backed with their honest sales delivery was second to NONE. The other flooring companies have a ton of commercials promising all sorts of things they could never deliver and what you see is what you get with Floor Coverings Intl. The young man, Ashton that sold us the floor could NOT have been more professional. WE fell in love him the minute he shook our hands and introduced himself. He wasn't the typical pushy sales person and the floor quality sells itself. He is such an asset to your company, I Hope you never lose him! Bravo! Kent, himself came to our house more than 4-5 times just to be sure we had everything we needed and were happy. What a wonderful person as well! WOW! The Installer, Wilson was top of the line and incredibly talented. By the end, he was an honorary member of our family. He was positive and ready to work with a smile each day. He works so hard and does so great! My only concern was that he needed more help to complete the project, it took longer than we thought, but the outcome made it all well worth it. He needs a raise! PROFESSIONALS to the highest standard. We had new engineered hardwood put in by Floor Covering International (Kent & Penny) after meeting them and seeing the examples at the Orlando Home Show. From the first moment we spoke with them at the show, through the installation and the final walk through everything was handled extremely well. The installer, Wilson, was beyond knowledgeable, courtesy and patient with my husband and me. He answered all our questions, gave great advice on the care of our new floors and was such a gentleman when time to clean up and leave. We recommend Kent and his team to everyone who wants a high quality product installed with the highest quality personnel and complete with a thorough walk-through before finalizing all the paperwork. Quality products that can be viewed in your own home. Awesome service. So good we hired them again to replace more flooring in our home. We tried Empire Today once and paid too much for carpet that was worthless in 6 months
