Willfred is a very charming man, but no integrity. Avoid at all costs. Incapable of even attempting the work he promises to do. Delivered damaged “new” goods, and damaged our property in the process of the installation ATTEMPT. Came without proper equipment or man power to do the job. Had to fire on the spot and hire someone else when he started damaging our home. Pursuing legal action to rectify the money he claimed. STEER CLEAR! See below for damaged goods he delivered and claimed were “new.”

Wilfred is not truthful. We needed a new boiler, which takes a crew and proper tools. He showed up with a beat-up boiler and one other guy. He dragged it across the concrete to our house, damaging our property. He asked “do you have a saw”. I’ve had a damaged boiler sitting outside my house for two and half months, which he refuses to take back. It’s the wrong sized boiler (lower BTUs) for the house anyway—even if it hadn’t fallen off a truck. He took us for over $3k. Avoid this company at all costs.

I wanted to give Wilfred two stars based on his overall drive and willingness to make you happy. Issue is that he took a job that was overwhelming for him and left me in a position that I would have to hire someone else to fix the issues. Wilfred was broke the moment I gave him the deposit and I had to continue to give him the remainder so he could afford the parts. By the time the job was done, I had paid more than the quoted amount and had to pay for a large part of the parts he was supposed to cover. The worst part of this experience is that I had to repair multiple leaks myself because he wouldn't respond and will now have to replace most of his work to be correct and/or to incorporate parts that he overlooked or didn't reccomend as he should. I tried to resolve this and he dissapeared.
