Roseville Cleaning and Maintenance

I hired Sean to remove and haul furniture and trash from my daughters home. I showed him everything I needed disposed of and asked him how much it would cost. I paid him what he asked for plus a little more. I gave him the date that we needed it completed by and he assured me it would be done. He started off good but then was doing nothing. I kept asking him if he was going to get it done and he assured me it would. He took a few more things and stopped again. On day he asked for more money so I gave him what he asked for plus a little more. I had to keep pushing him. He tooled a couple more items and and assured me it would be complete that day. The next morning I arrived at the house and it was not complete. Also two nights he left the home unlocked and all the lights on. I went to his home and talked to hime again. Later he came over and thru some spray and wash at me and said the was thru. So all in all he got paid and we got screwed. I do not recommend this service. In his response he mentioned we thru away family pictures and mementos which is not true. The pictures and other items we thru away (of which most Sean kept) belonged to a friend which had passed away and there was no family to give them to. Sean set the price and I gave him more. He's the one who should know how much to charge. Had he asked Im sure I would have paid more. He took items that were suppose to stay. He had friends over taking whatever they wanted. I had several neighbors say they would never hire him. Sorry this happened as Sean is not a bad guy. Oh, one more thing. There is no evidence of cockroaches in the residence. And no way did he take 5 loads to the dump (not full loads) maybe two full loads at the most.
