Simon and the team at Magnet Kitchens did a really excellent design and construct for two houses I’m just completing in Newcastle. In total 6 bathroom vanities and 2 great kitchens. Nothing was too much trouble, and great advice on all aspects of the project. Highly recommend. Julie

Magnet helped us take a tired, burnt orange 50 year old kitchen into the 21st century. They were complete professionals in every stage from design to install. The new kitchen is now six months old and I still love it as much as the day it went in.

Magnet Joinery and Kitchens were sub-contracted by a building company that I hired. There were some problems with measurements and positioning of cupboards, which I believe were the result of incorrect measurements provided by the building company. But, Simon was excellent to deal with, and he rectified the issues with the measurements, dealt with the building company directly (saving me from any arguments), and corrected the positioning of cupboards and benches - the result is a fantastic new kitchen which I am very happy with. Simon was straight-forward, honest and easy to get in contact with at all times. He also respected my stress levels when things went wrong, offering sound advice and solutions. As a result, we subsequently hired Magnet Joinery and Kitchens again, to install matching bookshelf/cupboards in an adjacent room of our home. I would have no hesitation in recomending Simon or Magnet Joinery and Kitchens to any home renovator.

We used Magnet Kitchens after a recommendation from a friend, and we found Simon to be great at listening to our needs and designing a kitchen that we love. We also had him back a bit later to do our laundry too...! We in turn have recommended Simon to several other friends who also have used him and have also been very happy with his work.....

From go to woh, Magnet kitchens staff were 100%. They were thoroughly professional but also open minded and wanted to include our ideas in the design process. The quality of the work was excellent and the result is really impressive. On top of that they worked to try and find a solution that would be within my budget and they gave me clear choices at various stages which could save me money and/or lead to better results based on their experience. The overall result is something we feel proud of and I think they do to. In summary I think are really committed to helping people get what they need and want, they treat you like a person, more than a "customer" and they take pride in their work.
