I had never used an interior designer before but after working with JoJo on the complete renovation of our property I would not hesitate to use her again. JoJo is a consummate professional and an absolute delight to deal with. We had little clue about what we wanted for our entire house makeover. All we gave JoJo was a desk we had and loved and a throw we'd bought on holiday which was colours we loved. Other than that we gave her no particular brief other than 'no magnolia walls and we want to respect our amazing but neglected arts & crafts home'. What JoJo did was astonishing, always with respect and love for our home. I really felt we'd created something unique and special and that we worked as a team. What a super make over of our lounge by JoJo ............totally transformed , we love it....................... from the onset JoJo listened to what we liked and when the design came back it was just what we wanted but would never have be able to choose for ourselves.

Lovely JoJo has now helped us again with decorating our hall and landing. Previously she did our den, lounge, dining hall and cloakroom. We are thrilled with the results and thoroughly recommend her. She is very knowledgeable and resourceful and brilliant with colour, fabrics and wallpaper. Also in creating the right mood with furniture placements. We are now in the process of embarking on the next project which is a master bedroom. She has very very successfully interpret what we were trying to achieve and we could not have done this without her help.

Jojo Humes Brown Designs styled all of the rooms in our barn conversion. Her interpretation of the brief, design ideas, intelligent use of fabrics, colours and textures has created a stylish and much admired home. It reflects our personality and she has done this thoughtfully by drawing from existing pieces and introducing new. Her awareness of space, proportions, colour and pattern has helped to deliver bespoke rooms whilst keeping a variation of the same theme that flows naturally throughout the house.

Jojo gave advice on how we could use our house in a more constructive way and live a less cluttered life in a relatively small house for a family of 5. She came up with some excellent suggestions and organised the workmen to carry out the project, as well as making sure that the work was carried out to a very high standard and on time. She then researched fabrics for furnishings, blinds and carpets and oversaw the successful completion of the project. Jojo is a very friendly, hard-working and reliable person. She listened to what our needs were and came up with realistic ideas. She also charged a competitive rate and used her time very efficiently. As a result, our house has been transformed into a much more manageable and calmer environment for our family to live in, whilst still retaining its original character. I would highly recommend Jojo.

Jojo helped me with many aspects of the decoration on my new extension. With her guidance I was able to be braver with my choices and the overall looks is stunning and always gets compliments when guests see it. She is friendly but professional and a pleasure to work with.
