Called for help regarding a problem with koi in our small fish pond. It was clear early on that we would not be in the market for one of their pond installations. Nevertheless Kathy was very helpful sharing her knowledge and extremely generous with her time suggesting possible solutions for our problem. Rare service today. Found on their web site they have a store where you can purchase supplies on line which we did. When it comes time to replace our pond we will most certainly use Tropical Water Gardens.
