Zephyr and Stone

We were introduced to Z+S when our house plans were relatively advanced and we are so happy that we were. Our project is an ~80% knock down and rebuild so it was important to us to try and capture the "feeling" of our old home in our new build. When we met with Kasia & Katrina it was exciting to us to see that they were excited to help make our new home special. First, the Z+S team reviewed our plans and presented us with their suggestions. They suggested a room swap of our master ensuite and walk-in-robe, optimised room sizes, created an additional storage cupboard, and made small changes to dimensions and alignments to create beautiful spaces that flowed from one to the next. They took our plans to the next level. The rest of the design was just as exciting as the Z+S team took the time to understand our vision and then present us with a concept that we loved at first sight. What else do you need to know about Z+S? 1. The team pays amazing attention to detail in their designs and the products and finishes that they recommend 2. Z+S understand storage, we refer to Kasia & Katrina as the "storage queens!" 3. Z+S understands how spaces are used and connected to each other. At a minimum you need a Z+S designed kitchen and laundry! 4. The documentation that Z+S produces is of exceptional quality and detail. Our builder loved it! 5. We easily saved the money we spent with Z+S and more on our build contract because it was able to be quoted so accurately. We have no hesitation in recommending the Z+S team. It was a pleasure to have them bring our vision to life.

The concept call was quick, thorough and just what I needed to finalise my laundry and kitchen renovation.
