Architecture | Planning | Property Development Arqsys Architecture is a boutique architecture and design practice with a reputation for bringing both a personal touch and a wealth of experience to each project. We offer architectural design and related services; from the inception of design ideas, design development, statutory approvals, contractor procurement, to administering the contract for construction works until completion. Our design service ranges from the simple preparation of a concept, to a full commission or a service in between. It is tailored to each project to ensure the necessary service is provided to suit the Client’s needs. Arqsys Architecture provides services in: - Architecture and interior design - Master planning - Development planning and feasibility studies - Development valuations We use the latest ArchiCAD BIM computer software, currently release 22, to develop designs and document the project. All projects undergo building information modelling to generate 2D and 3D building information. The practice also employs Cinema 4D and Artlantis Studio for architectural visualisations; as well as post-processing of images using the Adobe suite of graphics software for effective graphic communication with the Client.
