Chris Dimond Architect

I am an award winning registered architect with experience in all sectors of the architectural profession. I have urban and rural project experience in Australia, and international project experience in Beijing, China. Through my residential work in particular, my practice has developed a strong reputation for clear client communication and outstanding design quality. From my early years as a Jackaroo working Australia’s remote sheep stations, I have developed a deep appreciation and knowledge of our natural world and climatic extremes. This intuitive environmental appreciation is critical to successful architectural design, and strong motivation for my exciting design concepts. When family and professional commitments allow, I will keenly grab opportunities to disappear into the wilds either windsurfing or pursuing solo motorbike adventures, all the time seeking fresh inspiration from the natural world. With multiple awards and published projects, I have developed a strong client base for my distinctive architectural style, including international clients from Accra, Ghana and Beijing, China.
