“Matt Brindley - brilliant architect!!! I was ready to build a secondary dwelling on my property but didn’t know where to start with the design and planning stage. Matt was recommended to me by my builder. After researching local architects, I was most impressed with Matt’s previous work. Matt was very easy to work and communicate with, very professional. He was so patient with me and elegantly listened to my many ideas, needs and wants for my new dwelling, even though they were all over the place and some of them ever changing! During the concept design process Matt gave me multiple concept options to choose from. My choice was then adapted to what I wanted. He kept me up to date with his progress so I always knew where we were at, making sure I was happy with everything along the way. Matt’s wealth of knowledge, his easy going manner and his experience and advice made the process stress-free and exciting! Matt met me at my house and presented me with a 3D computer model of the new dwelling which was fantastic. I was able to walk around inside and outside, and through each furnished room to see what it would actually look like and get an idea of how it felt…also giving me the opportunity to make any modifications. Matt has taken my scramble of ideas and presented me with a beautifully and cleverly designed dwelling that catered to my budget ( also making sure that all the right sunlight is going into the right rooms at the right times of the day, through the right places!). I highly recommend Matt Brindley and his architectural excellence…I would use him again in a heartbeat.”
