We are a firm of Architects with over 50 years experience in designing documenting and contract administration (construction services) of residential subdivision, residential design including large, medium and small density residential developments, single houses, alterations and additions as well as commercial and light industrial architecture. Alex and his team did an outstanding job for us when we purchased a run down beach house at Bondi beach.The property presented poorly and with Alex's input we were able to see how to make modifications so as to realize its full potential.Working with a very tight time frame, the design work was undertaken ,necessary approvals were obtained ,construction detailing was completed and a builder was recommended by Alex and appointed.The construction period was short and the works proceeded very efficiently. With old buildings such as ours,surprises always emerge and these were addressed in a practical and constructive way. Alex was excellent not only from the design perspective but also in dealing with the builders,consultants and other contractors so as to ensure the refurbishment progressed smoothly to a happy conclusion.

Alex Smith from CSA Architects did an outstanding job in designing and project managing our beautiful home. His relaxed and positive attitude makes him very easy to work with. He also provides a lot of attention to detail. During the construction, he attended all site meetings and made any changes required very quickly. He was able to meet the deadlines and stick to our budget. I have no hesitation in referring CSA Architects.

Alex Smith from CSA Architects designed and then supervised the building of my brand new home which also operates as a purpose built meditation centre. Alex was highly professional, competent and easy to work with. He understood my needs and delivered beyond my expectations. He always remained calm and confident in sticky situations - i.e. dealing with the council, neighbours and builders. He was highly respected by all.
