We used Dion Seminara Architecture for their pre-sales advice service when we relocated to Brisbane. Not being from Brisbane, Dion's advice and assistance in finding the right area and house for a family was invaluable. Dion was professional, honest and delivered advice of the highest quality. He was discerning about the feeback he provided on the properties and areas we asked him to review, always keeping in mind our specific brief. As a result, we have ended up with a fabulous home in the perfect location for our family, and will be happy to use Dion for any renovations or future property purchases.

Dion Seminara had a creative vision which has now been realised. Aside from some minor landscaping and painting, the renovation of our home is now complete. Our conservative home has been transformed into what has been described as "the entrance to an upmarket hotel". Dion conducted a pre-purchase inspection for us. My partner was abit reluctant to engage Dion for this service as he felt a builder could do similar for no or little cost. However, we're absolutely delighted we did use Dion as his advice, input and experience was invaluable. Prior to our meeting, Dion spent time on the phone with me and a we completed a questionnaire so he could thoroughly understand our needs both now and into the future. Dion then spent 2 hours with us at the property. He provided great advice about the options and possibilities with the house, taking into consideration the block and aspect, our lifestyle and budget. We gained so much from his knowledge and decided the property wasn't for us due to the scope of work, time and costs involved - better to know that upfront rather than make a significant purchase that wouldn't have been right for us. We gained so much information from the session - I typed up 3 pages of 'gems' from our meeting! We've taken this info over to our house search and that's helped us to better clarify our needs, and we can better appraise other properties from a more informed perspective, and that's saving us a lot of time and effort. I also called Dion a couple of times after our meeting, and he was again generous with practical, straightforward info and suggestions. I'd be happy to engage Dion again. It was time and money very well spent.

I was surfing the net to renovate my outdoor area that badly needed a face lift! And this dsarchitecture kept popping up in the search results. So I spent some time on his website, looking at past outdoor projects and reading the extensive amount of information they have provided for renovation rookies like me. I then decided to give them a quick call. The staff were very helpful and surprisingly informative that I booked an advice consultation with Dion right there and then! I was so pleased with the advice especially how Dion was able to incorporate my wish list into what was plausible and within our budget. One thing I also found really great was how transparent all of the fees were. The proposal was so extensive that I knew exactly what I was getting (which was really refreshing). He didn't try to push a design that might not have been accepted by council, instead he worked with the rules and our wants to create a truly perfect design. I booked an advice with Dion Seminara as I was interested in renovating my home. I didn’t know of Dion before but I am glad I got in contact with him as his advice was very helpful.
