“I can't recommend Michael Fogarty Building Design highly enough. I went with a different designer to begin with (prior to knowing or reading about MF Building Design) and outlaid for an initial design but wasn't happy for a range of reasons. I forfeited the money and design and then spent considerable time searching and speaking to a range of designers and architects to make sure we would make the right choice to ensure we ended up with the best overall finish. Right from the first interaction with Michael when he invited us to his studio to show us how he works through the process with clients I knew we had found the right person/ company. He sketched a series of floorplan designs, worked back and forth with us to modify and then with one of his designers who was just as amazing (Brad) and moved into 3D elevations where again we worked through a range of options. His team guide you through and make working with council and other certification processes easy and straightforward. They have also made it incredibly easy to link in with others who are also supporting us with our project (interior designer/ landscape designer) who have also commented on the quality of MF Building Designs work. His honesty, responsiveness and genuine desire to make sure you end up with the design you are looking for is second to none. I have so far recommended two people who have both also gone with MF Building Design and are just as happy. Thank you MF Building Design!!!!”

“We chose Nick Ingerson because of a mutual friend's extension which we liked. He created an imaginative design for us on a narrow inner suburban block . Other important things for us included: •project sustainability - rational use of thermal mass including reverse brick veneer, •solar panels ingeniously located on a site largely overshadowed by its northern neighbour, •rainwater collection and storage, •hydronic heating, •his professionalism as the architect, and good working relationship with the builder and all tradies, •the project was completed on schedule and below budget. Our friends are all impressed”
