Grant assisted me with the conversion of a double garage into a home office/study with a separate store, and did a great job. He provided the plans, and worked through revisions changes as a result of engineering requirements. Great communication throughout, and always happy to help. The garage conversion was a little tricky due to standard council requirements, however Grant was able to use his knowledge and network of engineers and certifiers to come up with a great solution.

Grant both embraced and persisted with our challenging build design following recommendation from a friend. We had strong ideas that needed challenging and wanted to consider many options. We each had a different vision that needed reconciling, as part of integrating a very modern extension with a 1860 stone cottage. Grant highlighted and managed these discrepancies and the result should have gone on Grand Designs- we just love living here.

Thanks Susan. It was a pleasure working on your project. It is always challenging working with clients who want to be so involved, and particularly more so when their ideas are so divergent. Ultimately however, the discourse and time spent resolving these discrepancies meant the results were excellent, ending in a uniquely tailored result. Yes, I did think of Grand designs once the project was well underway.... especially since you guys did so much yourselves. I will bring some bubbly with me next time I come past.

Grant came to initially do a simple laundry renovation but after endless changes (all instigated by me), I ended up with a complete back of house renovation. Grant was patient throughout and gave good advice and clarification when needed. Where Grant really earned his stars was once the building started. His attention to detail (started with the building plans) kept the builders on track and my property finished to a high level.
