GUYA Architects is a Brisbane base Architect founded in 2020 by Kian Lim. Prior to the founding of GUYA Architects, Kian has worked with and gained his professional experience in multiple award winning design firms both in Australia and New Zealand over the past 18 years, with experience in sectors such as Commercial, Retail, Education, Fit-Out, Hospitality, Childcare, and Residential. Kian is an architect who combines both an aptitude for design, business mindset, and keen management skills. He understands his client’s world and the market forces that affect them which leads to the delivery of a successful project. Guya Architects listens, adapts and focuses on the ideas, energy and enthusiasm of each and every client.
