The hunt for our family home began like most- a tour of the local display village. By about the third visit through all the show homes, we had a pretty good idea of what "we didn't want". This is when we decided to look into the option of designing our own home. Right from the very beginning Matt from MGAO was dedicated to our project. Our brief was more a list of how we wanted to feel in our space. Within weeks he absolutely blew us away with his orginal concept drawings. Over the next few months we bounced back and forth tweaking the design until It was perfect. Nothing was ever too much- my endless emails with questions, ideas and screen shots were always taken on board. Communication has been very open and honest which has made this whole process enjoyable. We are absolutely thrilled that we contacted Matt. Though we where orginally concerned about taking on the services of an architect- I can honestly say it has been the best decision we have made yet. Jake Harvey

MGAO provided us with visualisation's for a property we plan on purchasing. Matt's incredible ideas and enthusiasm to get our redesigned home built has made him a great choice. His knowledge has given us the advantage of seeing what is possible with our budget, location and the needs of our young family. I've even recommended Matt to my friends that have used to him to design their new home.
