Worked with pro
Freshbuild has worked with MM+J Architects on number of large projects including full house renovations, large extensions, apartment renovations and smaller renovations.
All projects were completed smoothly with an excellent quality of finish. This is due not only to their vision and knowledge but their professional management of the project.
MM+J's organisation and responsiveness set's them apart from other architects. Having confidence that any questions we have will be understood and solved is incredibly important not only to the finish of the project but also our construction timeline.
We are proud to have worked with MM+J Architects and recommend them to all clients looking to realise their houses full potential.

We have known David McCrae, principal of MM+J for several years now as he has been designing and managing the extensive renovation and building work for my husband and I. We are extremely impressed by David's creativity and flair, as well as his attention to detail and thoroughness when it comes to the management of the build and the contract. He listens attentively to what we want - what we like and don't like - and has always been responsive to our ideas and opinions. While caring deeply about the finished 'product', there has never been a sense other than this is our home and we need to comfortable with it and in it. David takes the pain out of designing and building one's own home and what he has done with our project always impresses our guests. More importantly, we are delighted with the home that we have created together and couldn't be happier. He is a highly skilled and talented architect and a thoroughly easy person to do business with. He comes with our highest commendation.

David from MM&J gave me a brand new apartment - taking my ideas/ brief for a kitchen and bathroom and delivering on it with much more. What was once a dated & cramped early 2000s apartment with pretty cheap fittings now seems luxurious and super modern. It reflects my hubby and my style without being fadish. I am sure we will love it in 10 years as much as we do today.
He worked with great builders and made sure the process was a painless as possible. The job was delivered within the time he'd quoted - which is important when you have to live elsewhere while it gets done.
