My Wife and I had met Don from Opusarch from a developer client of mine who highly recommended Don for our project. We always wanted to build our own dream home but didn't want just something standard we wanted something that would be creative and that would stand out from the other homes in the area and being on a acreage block on a golf course where the minimum house size is 500sqm, wasn't an easy task. We didn't just want someone with no experience and we wanted someone we could trust and guide us from the initial conceptual designs throughout the whole development process. The great thing about Don is that he came to see us in our current home at times when we were available as we have 4 small children under 5, Don made himself available to us on weekends and after hours, often a service you don't get in this day and age. We have hired this Company on numerous projects. Currently they designed a block of Unit in Sydney and designed Master Plan for Resorts, apartments and shopping complex overseas work over 1 Billion. Personalized service and pricing is perfect. Would recommend Opusarch to anyone. They have met all my deadlines and attended all my meetings where required. Budget wise very close and always within. We had one project in Westryde few years back. Council was going to reject DA. This Company help us attend group meeting with council planners and eventually worked out solution which was a win win situation for both Council and our Company.
