Justin has been exceptional to work with in planning my renovation of my Victorian Terrace and dealing with council through the process. He is knowledgeable, personable and able to explain the jargon of the process in a clear and concise way. He has been innovative in thinking through solutions to the various problems of my semi-heritage property, with a difficult footprint. His building background is clear and apparent in how he identifies solutions to the various problems which occur. We had our DA approved (unconditionally) in the first attempt. Justin has my highest recommendation.

Justin did an amazinfg job for us. Given a difficult breif he was about to get us an outcome that met all of our high aspirations. It was our first house build project and Justin was able to guide us through step by steph with seemingly endless patience and understanding.

Justin and his colleagues were absolutely superb to deal with throughout the design of our home. Justin has great listening skills and an amazing ability to interpret our ideas and bring them to life. The end result is a house that we love, which has grown with our family over the years. We receive so many compliments about the spectacular design elements, and I'm so pleased that so many elements of the house are environmentally-friendly.

We are difficult and tedious clients who say at the outset that we will be guided by our architect.....but then give preference tour own ideas, and send sketched instructions on squared paper expecting our misguided vision to result in excellence. Quinlan and his colleagues did not treat us with the distain we deserved.....but guided us through the swamp of planning and application processes with tact and professionalism. Their ideas often prevailed, and the finished result surprised even the architect in its simplicity and effectiveness. Engage Quinlan and be assured of the best efforts of this talented and industrious Perth-boy.
