Martin Lang

Martin Lang is a Melbourne-based artist who, in 2017, embarked on a new path of three-dimensional work. Calling on his 30+ years of experience in the manufacturing industry and with a Bachelor of Fine Art from Monash University, Martin creates works in materials such as steel, wood, resin, silicone and fibreglass. The materiality, he feels, adds interest and gives intrinsic value and unique qualities to each piece. The work that he produces might be called art-furniture, or possibly functional sculpture. Each work is hand-crafted and is a one-off ensuring that the collector has a unique piece to be proud of
