Bathrooms by Advantage

Sadly I reviewed to quickly .....frustratingly we did not have our build finally signed off which was part of the deal & one of the reasons we paid the extra thousands for a builder .......we have been trying for 3 years to get things finalised ....... but the Plumber completely disappeared and after too many calls to the builder, building surveyor, the disappeared plumber ..... most of the contractors did a fair job we are very disappointed once paid & things get tricky we were just dropped and avoided.

Dean and his team built a 50 sq.m additional room for our beach house in late 2014. The necessary work had a few funny angles and minor complexities which were very easily handled by Dean's team and the work was done on time, almost on expected budget, and to a really good standard. A couple of small snagging items were dealt with promptly, properly and without wriggling. One thing that made Dean stand out particularly was his level of communication which was timely, clear, knowledgeable and helpful and showed a real commitment to his client's best interests. We have no hesitation in recommending Advantage Carpentry and Joinery for house extensions. We imagine that the team would be just as good with new builds or other projects. Thanks Dean and team, we love our new room!

Working with Phil and Mark was a pleasure and nothing was any trouble. Their tradesman and contractors also had a friendly nature and willingness and skill to exceed expectations. We went on holidays and they handled everything and even sorted out the replacement of a damaged fridge that we had sourced ourselves and we were unaware of this issue till we returned. Their planning, honesty,ideas, workmanship and finished product were better than what we thought would be the finished result when we first decided to renovate and we now have a family friendly useable kitchen, dining, lounge and family area. I would recommend them most highly.

Dean and his team completed the renovation of our kitchen, ensuite, laundry and bathroom. The service they provided was absolutely perfect. They communicated well with us throughout the whole process, investigated all the finer details on our behalf to ensure the job was of the highest standards when finished and completed all the tasks promptly and professionally. They made a potentially stressful event really enjoyable and we love our new rooms, they've totally transformed our home.

The guys from Advantage were absolutely sensational. They transformed a dated aging unit to a modern trendy flat. They always listened to what my objectives were and I have no hesitation in recommending them (as I have already done). If I need a builder at any time in the future, I will look no further.

The guys at Advantage created a useable summer outdoor area for us in a space that was previously not used. I was impressed with all the trades, they were always happy to suggest new ideas, or answer any questions. I can highly recommend them and am excited for them to start our bathroom renovation!
