“From my initial idea of what I wanted for my bathroom upgrade I progressed to a far better design with far superior products. Richard made suggestions which would never have occurred to me and the finished bathroom was much better than I had thought. The room actually looked bigger and less cluttered despite the shower being twice the size. The complete job took far less time than I had thought and all work was carried out with the greatest care and minimal disruption. There was no having to wait for another tradesman to do their bit as it was all co-ordinated and I had no chasing up to do.”
