I am extremely pleased with bathroom renovation done by Origin. Gus and George really understood our requirements and gave us an outcome we are very pleased with. George was meticulous and patient in the planning phase where we weren't really sure with the direction in which we were heading. We had just bought our first property and this was our first real renovation project. Origin's professional approach really put us at ease with what we were doing. We also had a a limited window within which we had to complete the project. Gus was at the fore of making sure all the work was completed on time. The team proactively ensured the floorboards were protected and before the demolition works started. We really did not have to tell the team about anything in particular. The communication was excellent and I got regular updates on how we were progressing with the demolition. I must also add that we managed to complete the renovation well within our budget and did not have any spillover from our original estimate. I would strongly recommend Origin to anyone thinking of renovating their bathroom. Thank you George & Gus!

We had an extremely old bathroom in serious disrepair and not renovated for over 40 years. Origin Bathrooms were extremely professional and realistic with their quote. George discussed every detail and was sensitive to what we wanted but also gave great advice and help with the overall design and the choosing the style of tiles we wanted. Origin Bathrooms are a family business. Gus supervised the project – including the demolition of the floor, repair of joists, new ceiling and doorway, the plumbing, electrician, carpenter, tilers etc. For such a large amount of work it was completed on time and remarkably fast, in four weeks, due to Gus organising and dovetailing all the different workmen with no hitches or waiting times – everything ran absolutely to plan. George and Gus are great communicators and we were able to call them on any day at any time and they always checked with us to make sure decisions were what we wanted. We are extremely happy with the result and highly recommend Origin Bathrooms.

The team at Origin were amazing! As first time renovators needing a job done quickly, they were the professionals we needed. They assisted with design, they sourced everything, actively sought and answered questions. They are utterly ethical and cut no corners; We had no problems with our strata approvals. When they said they'd provide a project manager I was not expecting such good service (thank you Gus!), provided us with a detailed project plan, protected the rest of the house, took care of all rubbish, sent us courtesy updates daily, with photos. I cannot recommend them enough. Most importantly, we now have a great bathroom ready to show all our friends.

We chose Origin because we were both working in demanding full-time jobs and didn't have the time or inclination to worry about bathroom renovations. Once we agreed on the design, Origin took over and managed the project on our behalf. The end result is the best bathroom we've ever seen. Not that we're biased! We recently engaged Origin bathrooms to renovate our two bathrooms, one being a main bathroom and one en-suite. From the very start of the engagement, George and Gus were seamless to deal with, they listened and spent considerable time designing the perfect bathroom.
