Bas is an incredibly talented, skilled, resourceful and creative project manager. From the start, his 3D and virtual reality designs are an excellent tool to help visualise the design plans. Bas demonstrates a lot of care & goes above and beyond to give as perfect result as possible. He is sensitive to keeping the design choices as close to or complimentary to the period of the original building (we renovated a kitchen for my Mum that was in an Art Deco building). Bas was up for the challenge of doing something different when I said I wanted to do a pink kitchen (an unusual request in Australia) - he was actually excited with a great sense of humour and this kept a large (potentially stressful) project we were working on fun throughout. I couldn’t imagine working with anyone else on this renovation - can’t recommend Bas enough!

We were after someone to renovate our dated bathroom, particularly, we wanted a toilet as our bathroom didn't have one and were prepared to sacrifice the separate shower and have a shower over the bath. Bass contacted us from our request for professionals on Houze. He came to see the job a couple of days later. He came up with a solution of extending the bathroom to have a luxurious walk in shower plus have a huge bath. He replaced the window which had been made smaller to accommodate the vanity mirror (luckily the outside brickwork had not been changed just the internal tiling). He made a 3D rendering of the bathroom in Sketchup so we could 'walk though' to see how it would look when finished. He made a detailed schedule of when the various tasks would be completed and the schedule was adhered to almost exactly. All the tradies Bass used were great professionals, top class work, cleaned up really well at the end of each day. Bass came himself almost every day to review that work was done to his standard. Bass had a vision of how it could be with the tile, colours and design that was amazing. I didn't think it possible to turn our old bathroom into this beautiful dream bathroom! I would not hesitate to use him again.

Bassam and his team were also able to carry out a number of smaller jobs around our house at the same time, which we really appreciated. I recently bought a new apartment in the CBD and used the houzz website to try and find someone who could give me a quote for a new bathroom. Bassam from Refine Property Solutions came out a few days later and we talked about the kind of bathroom reno I was looking for. We also talked about other work I was hoping to do within my apartment. Much to my delight, he was able to do literally everything on my wish list and project manage all the tradies. Not only that, but he was able to supply me with a very detailed quote, a work schedule and even a virtual reality tour of all the planned work. I was blown away! In the time frame I had to get all this work done along with full time work and selling my old apartment, there is no way on earth I could've managed the different tradies myself. Bassam ensured all the work was done to a very high spec and part of the work was even achieved during 2 weeks of covid lockdown. His design skills also enabled me to create an apartment that I'm thrilled to live in. I have no hesitation in recommending Refine Property Solutions for your renovation and design needs. Refine Property Solutions (RPP) was recommended to me by a work colleague...wow what a great find! Bass is the most passionate Builder that I have ever used and from the start his professionalism & enthusiasm really shone out. Nothing was too much trouble, as I dilly-dallied about the floor tiles & fixtures... this was to be the final renovation in my small 1912 Victorian cottage. Bass quickly supplied 3D drawings and suggested custom made cabinetry. Then came discussions re tapware fixtures, again Bass to the rescue... "this bathroom will be beautiful". So we did find the right tapware & accessories and I eventually chose the floor tiles. Plans were finalised and we signed off the detailed quote. RPP supplied a daily running schedule and we were ready to go and in a matter of weeks the project began with demolition of the tired old tiny bathroom. Then I realised how multi-talented Bass is, not just a project manager - he was "on the tools", his carpentry, waterproofing & tiling skills are exacting. Old houses have many problems, but Bass loves a challenge and wants everything perfect and the end result is absolutely amazing. I now have a "resort" style bathroom, thanks to Bass and his team of talented tradesmen.... I love it!!!!!

Bass was great from the time we first met, he thoroughly explained the process and even had some great ideas on how we can enhance our Bathroom Renovation. Within 3 hours of meeting Bass, we had a fully detailed quotation, breakdown of all components and a 3D image of our completed bathroom. Bass provided us with a schedule of when all works would commence and a final handover date. Handover occurred right on time. I searched for 6 months wading through numerous so called professionals who gave me next to no detail on the work and a flat fee with no detail. Bass and his team are professional from start to finish, he provided 3D design ideas to reinvent the space that we could not have dreamt of and the quality of work from his team of trades was the best I’ve seen. Bassam and the guys from refine property solutions- where very professional and hard working to ensure my renovation was completed to the highest of standards. Both me and my wife’s experience and expectations were met above and beyond what we imagined. From the start of engaging Bassam his eye for design and the programs he uses to create a video (3D drawing) of the entire renovation- blew our minds! And after it was complete it was a perfect match( except for a tile change that we decided on last minute- and a couple of last minute changes we made- didn’t affect the schedule or created a problem at all). I’m happy recommend Bassam and refine to anyone who needs a renovation that will be completed to the highest standard. So much that I have engaged him to complete a renovation at my parents house. Basim was excellent to deal with. He listened to what we required and provided a 3D computer visual layout. Outstanding person who's professionalism, communication & dedication is unquestiona. Extremely punctual and delivered on time. The bathroom & laundry that Basim transformed is something we absolutely adore. We cannot recommend Basim highly enough. Quality person with quality work
