Sam Costarella

Sam has assembled a team around him who are friendly, respectful, and have a great eye for detail. He has worked on renovations at our family home over the last few months that span a kitchen installation, a laundry remodel and renovation, and two bathroom renovations. He has worked with tricky timing, awkward asbestos removal, and us as clients who have made late changes to design and budgets. Sam has always been flexible with us, has always been calm and positive, and has always insisted on doing the most detailed job. A great example of Sam's attitude was when he was mid way through our laundry remodel, and had an idea for a better layout than we designed. That design cost us less to complete and was a drastic improvement. Despite being mid build he discussed it with us and we went with it to great effect. Originally a carpenter, he is now custom building a double vanity for us in our latest room. All of Sam's team enjoy seeing their work completed to the highest standard at a very competitive price point. I cannot recommend him enough.
