Could not fault VBC. On time, professional, helpful, top quality work. Able to offer advice from first contact regarding materials, timeframes and made us feel like there were no silly questions. Finished product is amazing. Finished on time, amazing value for money.

This is the 2nd time we have used the services of VBC. The 1st was approx. 2 years ago. They were so great we contracted them again for another bathroom & laundry. Not only are they professional and friendly in all their dealings from the office staff to the contractors on site, their attention to detail & workmanship is second to none.

We recently used VBC to undertake our main bathroom and ensuite renovations. This was the first major project my husband and I had ever done, so we were a little scared as to how things would play out. We are so grateful to the team at VBC for their assistance throughout the project. From the beginning of the process, the team provided great guidance to help us make the right decisions and design for our bathrooms (quotation process). This guidance continued throughout the entire process including post renovations (with tips on painting, maintenance etc...). The quality of workmanship is wonderful. We have had so many compliments. The bathrooms look absolutely amazing. The team were extremely courteous in the way they took care of our house and cleaned up to a high standard at completion of the project. Communication throughout the process was great. From an organisation perspective, Melanie (Office Manager) arranged everything, kept in touch with us and our suppliers throughout the process and responded to any questions we may have had promptly. On-site with the team, the communication was also great. We were provided with regular updates, explanations on the process and again great responses to any questions we may have had. VBC also put us in touch with wonderful people at Reece and Beaumont to assist us with product and design selection. These connections were so helpful to us pre and post purchase. The project was delivered on time and to budget, which we were wrapped about! We would highly recommend VBC to anyone looking to undertake a bathroom renovation. Thank you so much VBC!

VBC refurbished and repaired our ensuite in late January 2018. We did not know of them until we visited their office late 2017. We were immediately impressed by their professional approach and they came to quote within that week. The quote seemed fair and they were able to fix a start date (a few weeks away as they are heavily booked most of the time). They started on time, finished on time and did a wonderful job. Each team member (tiler, plumber, carpenter,electrician) is fully qualified which means there were no hiccups and everything was beautifully finished. No complaints or call backs. Now we have asked them to refurbish our other bathroom. The reason they are so busy is because of their good reputation. They can be trusted to do a really good job within time at a fair price. Just finished my new ensuite in Ivanhoe in August 2017, and I am so pleased. The standard of the work is excellent! the tiling, plumbing, plastering, finish and clean-up are all of the highest standard. On time, on budget and all with a friendly smile.
