Over the last 2 years, Aveling Homes has been developing what is an industry changing initiative. After spending months with our clients and getting their opinions and feedback, it became very clear to us that the industry-wide method of making selections for the finish of a new home was too stressful, too confusing and too time consuming. In the early stages of the new home process – before construction begins, there are some critical decisions that need to be made in a relatively short period of time. You need to decide on your new homes size, it’s orientation, it’s layout, is your furniture going to fit, is there enough room for your family to grow? But most importantly, you need to make the selections that will create your new home style. That’s a lot to think about. Most Builders will give you a folder full of brochure to make your selections which is non-specific and can cause confusion and anxiety. So after two years, we have completely re-invented the way our clients will style their new home and have created STYLE CENTRAL. Style Central is made up of a number of components. ONLINE STYLE CENTRE This is our web based system that is personalised to our clients chosen specification and allows them to make their selections on their computer, smart phone or tablet at their own time. This system is directly linked to our CRM system which allows the Pre-start team to access their clients selections so that pricing can be organised for selections prior to their Pre-start meeting. STYLE NOTES BLOG Running parallel to our online system is our Style Notes Blog. Designed to inspire our clients to create the perfect style for their new homes. We have worked closely with Coco Republic, one of Australia’s leading design companies to develop 4 new styles that clients can choose from.
