Professional Information:Binder Peart Design is located on the Bellarine Peninsula and was established in 2013 by co-directors Judy Binder and Lisa Peart. Having spent many years working together in the Building Design Industry, a mutual appreciation of good design and respect for the built environment was established.
Judy has a Diploma of the Built Environment, is a Registered Building Practitioner in the category of draftsperson, class of building design (architectural) and is also a member of the BDAV (Building Designers Association of Victoria).

Binder Peart Design was the first on a list of building design professionals we had compiled regarding our renovation plans. After meeting with them, we went no further! We were really impressed with their enthusiasm, knowledge, practical ideas and fee structure. Their communication throughout the design process and their translation of our ideas into design was fantastic. They also gently brought us back to earth when our ideas strayed from our budget! Judy and Lisa assisted us with referrals to other professionals involved in the project; it made the whole process a lot easier. We are thrilled with the design and could not recommend Binder Peart Design more highly.

Judy was extremely easy to deal with, she listened to what we wanted to achieve with our extensions and did not try and make it bigger than what we wanted. We are extremely happy with the finished look and practicability of the home.
