Bronwen Adey Building Design and Drafting

Hello!! I am a professionally qualified Building Designer and member of the Building Designers Association of Australia. I have had a passion for creating beautiful, practically laid out spaces for as long as I can remember and have had the privilege of undertaking two full renovations on homes for myself. I believe that undertaking the process for myself has given me a much deeper understanding of how spaces work, both practically and aesthetically. My biggest joy is to create rooms where you can simply "be". Where the design of the room does not interfere with its use, and the use doesn't force a lack of design! Completing a Diploma of Building Design has not only formalised my skill set, but also opened a door to the world of sustainability in building practices. This knowledge has engendered a passion in sustainable, passive house principals, securing the future of our resources and reducing ongoing costs in maintaining a home.
