“First time renovators we weren't sure where to go so we asked some people (now retired) in the building industry of someone we could trust and who wouldn't mess us around. They gave us Ron's name and we were very grateful for it. Our Reno project was Designed by Talina Edwards Architecture and Documented by R A Catlin Building Design. We found Ron really easy to talk to about what was wanted and he was more than happy to work with Talina's design and tweak it where we wanted. Ron's communication was well executed and even after the drafting stage was complete, he touched base with us a handful of times during the building process which was necessary but was encouraging to know he was enthusiastic about our project. He's plan were easy to read for the untrained eye which helped us know what was going on and needed. We highly recommend getting in touch with Ron for your project- big or small”

“We brought the corner block on the entrance into the developing estate and felt that we had to do something totally different than what was already constructed. We approached Tracy at Arch Design Space. Tracy listened to our ideas and requirements and developed them into what is an amazing home. Our build due to our requirements had several complex design issues and Tracy worked through them with us. What we have ended up with is an easy to live in, spacious and thermally efficient house that attracts many compliments. As the home was being constructed we had neighbours and people driving by stop and ask about what we were doing with the various claddings and why. Once explained they congratulated us on being innovative and creative as the house stands out from surrounding dwellings. If we do another project in the future we will have no hesitation in engaging Tracy at Arch Design Space to design our next home.”
