R A Catlin Building Design

First time renovators we weren't sure where to go so we asked some people (now retired) in the building industry of someone we could trust and who wouldn't mess us around. They gave us Ron's name and we were very grateful for it. Our Reno project was Designed by Talina Edwards Architecture and Documented by R A Catlin Building Design. We found Ron really easy to talk to about what was wanted and he was more than happy to work with Talina's design and tweak it where we wanted. Ron's communication was well executed and even after the drafting stage was complete, he touched base with us a handful of times during the building process which was necessary but was encouraging to know he was enthusiastic about our project. Ron was very thorough and meticulous with his work, covering every detail of what was required for permits. He ensured that nothing was overlooked that might have delayed permits or caused confusion for the builder. He has an excellent network of other relevant professionals and was able to recommend engineers, etc, wherever needed. He was available, responsive and timely in his turnaround at every stage of the job. I would recommend him unreservedly.
