We are very glad to have found Davidbelle Design after having a terrible experience with another local drafting company who wasted our time and money for 3 months. David and his team were a pleasure to deal with, very easy going and took the time to actually listen and understand what we were trying to achieve and work to the unique limitations of our block etc. Communication was excellent and the process ran smoothly with regular email updates and video calls to ensure all of the fine details weren't missed. Nothing was too much trouble and all of our queries were clarified and justified with good design logic and reasoning. David really showed his extensive design knowledge and experience with some subtle suggestions and input to complement our ideas, without being overbearing or intrusive, which helped improve our design beyond what we originally thought. The overall process was very collaborative to make sure we achieved our desired outcome, even going above and beyond with the deliverables at the end. Our builders commented on how detailed our plans were and that they were far more advanced than other plans they had been provided by other drafting firms. Overall, we can't recommend David and his team enough, thank you so much for helping us with the design of our dream home. Can't thank or recommend these guys highly enough!
