Daniel is directly involved in the design & proposal process, ensuring Daniel is your one & only contact throughout this important purchase. He has been involved in residential renovations for 20 years, occupying a variety of roles from design to construction to installation. “I believe our design and proposal process will give our customers all the tools they need for their renovation project. It’s all about achieving a design our customers will love & meeting their budget requirements.” Daniel states. Daniel established the company in 2006 as a response to a gap he sensed in the local market for well designed good quality residential renovations at a fair price. Since then, Daniel has designed over 300 projects for delighted domestic clients, builders and developers. Daniel is very proud of the stamp his company is making on the Brisbane residential renovation market and the opportunities he is creating for local people who share his passion for great design, great products, and great prices. How Does It Work? 1) In-home design consultation This is the brainstorming stage of the process where we let the ideas flow freely. We want to know what your likes and dislikes are, plus what your dream renovation would include. We discuss what you were wanting for your cupboard fronts and your benchtops. We also determine if you need any help with appliances, trades people etc to ensure your dream renovation can be achieved. 2) Design + Proposal Following the first design consultation, the design and proposal document is prepared and sent out for your consideration.
