About Us

Design20 has been operating since May 1990, and has a vast knowledge of all steps required to take you all the way up to building permit stage. We have a large number of outside professionals that we can co-ordinate with and organise to make the process as easy as possible for you. Our processes that we implement let you know of the progress of your project throughout, from initial design to permit stage.

Services Provided

90% of our work would be in the Residential sector, whilst we can also look after your commercial project as well. Design and building plans of new homes, unit developments, dual occupancies, additions and alterations, carports and garages, and decks, etc are our specialty. We have a great record dealing with councils in regards to planning, including having an ex council planner on our staff. Recent commercial projects include car washes, shops, restaurant fit outs, and the like.

Areas Served

Our main councils that we deal with, including advising some of them on areas of improvement, would be Maroondah, Yarra Ranges, Knox, Whitehorse, and Manningham. However we have serviced the whole of Victoria, over a number of years, and even prepared plans and documents interstate as well

AVOID THIS COMPANY! Glenn is unprofessional, sloppy and overcharges. He has no idea about building. Not punctual, did not deliver what he promised. Took our money and never returned calls. Worst customer service ever.
