GVD Building Design

We were wanting something different with street appeal that was custom designed to the block, the elements and focused on the views. We experienced a very easy process by supplying photos and images of houses we liked and equally didn't. Our brief only contained the basics of what needed to be included and we left the designing to the expert! Greg did a wonderful job, worked with us to make minor changes and we were able to view the home design in 3D including internal spaces. Frequently cars are stopping out front admiring the design, it's timeless yet modern or Greg's description of a modern barn house with Queenslander influence. Greg advised us on the latest building products whilst focusing on a high energy efficiency rating. Most importantly our build cost was spot on with our budget brief. We highly recommend GVD building designs.

The Building Designers Association of Queensland confirms that Greg Van Dinter from GVD Building Design is a member of the BDAQ. A full member of BDAQ must hold a QBCC License in Building Design which requires particular technical qualifications and years of experience. As a BDAQ member they made a commitment to support and promote the ideals of the association in striving always to deliver the highest standards of built environment outcomes to our clients and the community.
