We have been working with Holman Designs for years, and their attention to detail is outstanding. The level of documentation and experience of Holman Designs makes their projects a joy to work on.

When we came across Holman Design’s body of work we immediately enquired to see if we Guy was available to design our family home. When we met Guy and Katie we also knew straight away that they were the team for us. We gave Guy a rough design brief and left it in has capable hands. We gave Guy free range to design and do what he does best. His initial design concept surpassed our expectations and we still can't believe we're building such a beautiful family home. As an added bonus, having Katie there to advise us on interior decisions to tie in the exterior with the interior, again, reinforced that we made the right decision. The collaboration between the Holman Design team, both inside and out, in my opinion puts them head and shoulders above the rest. Having now made it to the point of appointing a builder, I can now appreciate the level of detail required to deliver a custom home and how important maintaining quality relationships with all stake holders is to achieving such a feet. This is certainly one of their strengths. Above all, Guy and Katie have been incredibly supportive throughout, and are great people.

The team at Holman Designs are true professionals when it came to the design of our home. Guy is extremely through, enthused, detail oriented and professional. At every stage of our home planning we were kept in the know with ongoing communication during every step and we felt were on the same page with all aspects of the design and steps involved. We had some last minute 'surprises' with our design that were promptly handled and defused with the greatest professionalism. Guy and his team pay attention to every detail and executed the design of our home so well nothing of our design ideas went forgotten. His knowledge and experience is invaluable and Guy's suggestions. Holman designs has an excellent balance of listening to our ideas and providing ideas that are welcomed thoroughly. We look forward to continuing to use Holman Design Team for all our future projects.

My wife and I cannot thank Holman designs enough for the great service they provided in helping us with the layout of our new house . We cannot fault the outcome of the final result. Guy was lovely to deal with from the get Go! We had a lot of ideas on what we wanted for our house but having Guy guide us through the motions and different outlooks on our dream home was great. Having picture your home coming together can sometimes be quite difficult so having Guy put it altogether for us and bringing it to the end result of how it’s going to look is exciting. We worked with guy throughout the design and build process on our "Atrium" project. Guy has great attention detail, thoughtful designs that are extremely functional in both a contraction and liveability sense and has the ability to think outside of the square when it comes to developing a house design.
