Our Team Ian Styles Project manager/ Building Designer – Director, Project manager and Building Designer of IPS Building Services, who has over 30 years’ experience in the building industry, firstly completing his apprenticeship as a Carpenter and Joiner, then working on many and varied projects before becoming registered as a Commercial and Domestic builder in 1989. He moved to Bonnie Doon in 1994 and became registered as a Draftsman. Ian has been running both his building and drafting businesses from his office in Mansfield since 2002. Ian decided to put the building company on hold so he could focus fully on the drafting and building services and provide a more professional level of service to all his clients in building design. Maureen Styles Accounts Manager/Thermal Performance Assessor – Maureen is a First Rate thermal performance assessor & undertaken her registration in First Rate 5 energy efficiency. Maureen is also involved in preparing Section J – Energy Efficiency for commercial buildings. Maureen also has over 30 years’ experience in bookkeeping & office management.
