Highly recommend Kevin Casey for Architec design work. He is efficient, has great communication with his clients, very organised, responsible and great to work with.

Kevin took a tired small mid terrace and transformed it into a light, bright, airy contemporary home. I love how he was able to maximise natural light as well as create seamless indoor outdoor living. We are so grateful to Kevin for what he has done and his vision for what we are lucky enough to live in. Kevln was referred to us by a friend after we admired their renovation. We were extremely happy with the services that he provided. He was an attentive listener and took a great deal of time to get to know my husband and I, our lifestyle, family situation and future goals. We started with a very dated 1970's home and Kevln transformed it into an ultra modern contemporary home. What we love most about the design is the clever use of light, the open plan, cathedral ceilings and the seamless flow of inside to the outside, capitalizing on the beautiful bush setting. It is a beautiful home to live in and share with our family and friends. When people first enter the house their first word us usually "wow". We would highly recommend Kevin. We were delighted to show him the finished project last week as we sipped coffee on our beautiful deck.

I found Kevin to be very professional and easy to deal with. His architectural deign work is of a very high standard, he came up with some amazing ideas, that were extremely functional and not something I would have though of. Starting with a modest Californian Bungalow renovation, to a large 5 bedroom extension in Epping we have recently completed a major renovation and addition to a Conservation listed semi-detached home in Mosman. Kevin brings with him a host of well thought out ideas and concepts that will ensure you end up with an award winning property, sympathetic to the original house design that you will enjoy living in for many years to come. We have little doubt that Kevin’s attention to detail and forward thinking design added significant value to our property in Epping. Now we have completed our Mosman renovation and addition of 2 new 2nd storey bedrooms and 3 ensuites we find ourselves completely satisfied with the design

Kevin provided excellent ideas to provide a house renovation which is a very practical design and functional. His advice on materials, and how to maximise light into a south facing house, was constructive and appreciated.

Kevin was fantastic from our first meeting and he made the entire process of renovating much smoother for us. We transformed our house into a 4 bd, play room, and 3 bathroom house. Kevin took my wife and I through the design process and it was amazing. He began by spending 2 hrs the first time we met, sitting at our dining table, after kids were in bed. During this time he was getting to understand us and to get a feel for our lifestyle to work out what was important to us. Once we had the brief done then he came back for another 2hr session, again after the kids were in bed, and he presented us with options. To be honest we fell in love with the sketches and it felt like he had been reading our minds. It was unbelievable. Kevin then helped us with the tender process and I still recall the reactions from the builders with respects to the degree of detail in the drawings. This allows the builders to provide more accurate estimates and it would lead to fewer disputes during the build process. This saved me on a number of occasions. Thank you Kevin and Jeff for making our dream home become a reality.
