I recently engaged Levan Design to assist me with a multi-unit property development. The initial part of the project was for Levan Design was to develop a Concept Plan that met with my requirements. Natasha was able to achieve this so from here went on to draw up the Town Planning Drawings which were submitted to Council with my Application. During the process Natasha met with Council for a pre-application meeting, liaised with Engineers, Traffic Engineers and a range of other consultants to compile everything that was required to be submitted in support of my application. Following the approval of my application Natasha went on to create the detailed Working Drawings for Construction. I have always found Natasha to be professional, knowledgable, creative and easy to work with. I am pleased to recommend Levan Design to any person or company that may require the Design assistance for a single or multi-unit residential development. I will certainly continue to engage Levan Design to assist me with future development projects.
