Madhaus did an incredible job designing our home on a challenging block of land regarding access and ensuring the most feasible materials were used to assist the structural build. Trent made the process efficient and fun. We are thankful for Trent's communication as well as his efficiency with updating the drawings during the design process in a timely manner. He developed a set of documents that supported the architecture we were looking for taking into consideration our requests for ensuring plenty of light and views. In addition, I cannot thank Trent enough for a speedy set of detailed CC drawings following DA approval and consent to allow the permitting and construction process to run smoothly.
