Nest Residential Design is a leading residential design firm based in Nowra, on the South Coast. Our distinctive, yet practical home and renovation designs have enhanced the way our clients live, work and play. We provide a full design, drafting and architectural documentation service for all residential projects large and small. Specialising in dynamic energy efficient, environmentally sustainable design we ensure that your building project will travel with us from the early design stages through to council development application and approval without costly delays and amendments. With extensive expertise for residential home design, renovations, extensions and alterations, we have the know-how for working with site constraints and council specifications, without compromising quality, appearance or functionality. We also have an in-house interior designer who can work with your vision and interests to create both an external and internal space that flows and reflects you. From exterior colours and materials, internal finishes, furniture layout and selections to soft furnishings. From large to small projects, we are here to assist.

Glen, and Mtthew and all the nest team were terrific. They helped us put our ideas onto paper and prepared documents that could go to council. The information and ideas that they had were very helpful for us - particularly as it was for us recovering after a bushfire loss. i have and would be happy to recommend nest to anyone. Jane & Dougal

I have had a very positive experience with Nest Residential, especially when dealing with council with the frustrations of council. I gladly recommend them to anyone that requires designs and plans drawn, as well as working with council to get them approved.

We'd had a few attempts trying to get the right design for renovations at our house. In contrast to the previous designers we'd engaged, the team at Nest Residential Design listened to what we wanted and developed a design that matched our requirements. The lodgement of the modification was easy and the revised plans approved without a hitch. Highly recommended.

I found NEST to be a thoroughly professional organisation. Not only was their service expeditious but friendly and accommodating. Nothing was a bother to them I would commend NEST to any potential client who want a hassle free experience in having their plans drafted.

Nest residential design drew up a current set of plans for the property & added the project structure & acted as my agent when the DA was submitted to council. They were very helpful every step of the way & would recommend them for any home addition.

I recently used Nest for a ammended development application. Glenn and the team are thoroughly professional and they adapted plans quickly and the whole process was absolutely hassle free. I recommend they do the full application as the experience they have is invaluable. A super experience.
