I have been fortunate to use the team at Niche on 2 separate projects. The first being a renovation and extension to an existing terrace in Mascot and a complete new build in South Coogee. The terrace was a small block but with the design and initiative the team was able to maximise the develop a fantastic home for my family. In relation to South Coogee this was a complete knock down and rebuild and overall cannot be happier with what was designed. With niche its the whole process and assistance with design>DA>CC Delivery and constant consultation.

Building a new home can be a daunting task and a very stressful time. Upon meeting with Nick from Niche Home Designs we knew that the process will be a much easier one.
