One Living was created as an extension of the successful Perth building design business, David Wilkes Design, to serve home builders who are looking for great design, as well as independence and clarity through the pre-construction phase of their journey. We may be the right fit for you if; -You prefer to work with an independent designer to create your dream home, without a builder owning copyright of your creation. -You want independent & non-biased advice before signing or committing to a builder. -You want to remove the overwhelm of comparing different builder's specifications and products. -You'd prefer low up front design fees, with a total fee of less than a typical builder's rep sales commission.
