At The Theory Of Design, we work with clients on the small jobs that fall between the cracks. Not everyone may require an Architect and might not want to rely on design advice from the builder. That's where we come in. We work with clients on: - Sustainable and passive design techniques. If you're planning on giving your home a facelift, why not also work on making your home more sustainable? We can work with you to develop methods to get the best out of your home environment - If you have a neighbour submitting a DA and not sure if it will impact your own home, we can go through the documents and point out any issues. - Changing tiles or floors or paint colors? We mock-up some images so you can get a good look of what your space will look like. - Drafting and CAD work - particularly if you have a strong idea of what you want, however are not sure how to put pen to paper - General design advice
