With 10 years experience, we are skilled in design, and also adept at gaining council approval. We will sit down with you and discuss your ideas, providing advice from our vast knowledge in design aesthetics, functionality, and council compliance. With us by their side, our customers often experience a faster process of council approval than most. And with a good design, the entire building process runs more smoothly. We are qualified in Building Design and Technology and registered with the Victorian Building Authority (Registered Building Practitioner). We have extensive experience in a broad range of building design jobs. But our main services are drafting, architecture, plans for permits, new homes, units, renovations and extensions. We operate in Chirnside Park, surrounding suburbs and regional Victoria

Chris was extremely helpful. He had to pick up a building permit project for me half-way through, which is not ideal for him, but he was very gracious, knowledgeable and professional. He got the work done in a very timely manner. Thanks Chris!

Was great to work with Chris, very responsive and no issues with a slight review. The only improvement suggestion was it would have been easier to talk about things on the plan with some simple screen sharing involved as I felt it hard (as an amateur) at times to understand what parts of the draft we were talking about just over the phone without any visual aide. Teams/Zooms is pretty standard since covid.

Chris is very helpful and has thorougher knowledge of the building regulations. His drawings were completed in a timely manner and very detailed. I have found him always happy to talk to and answered all of my questions.

Chris of Y2C Design Australia was great to deal with. He performed our drafting work quickly and accurately to the finest detail. As our design evolved, the required changes were made promptly without any fuss. I highly recommend his services, as I have been doing in person, to anyone I know that requires building design and architectural drafting.

Chris is really awesome, he jumps into and helps all along the way from talking to the surveyor and to making sure the builder understands the job. Best architectural drafts person and would recommend to anyone who is taking on a project

Chris is a very switched-on designer he is up to date with all regulatory changes and is proactive in improving his clients wishes with his knowledge and design ideas, he is easy to work with and understands the industry. I am the owner / director of Laur-Rae Homes and in the last few years having met and delt with Chris I can say after dealing with many Architects and Designers I wouldn't go to anyone else for any of my future projects.

Chris from Y2C Design has been assisting us with plans for a single story extension. He is extremely obliging, takes our requests and comments on board and then incorporates them into the design changes. Nothing is too much trouble and he always allows us to bounce ideas around and gives opinions and options based on his experience and expertise. Chris has also been helpful in connecting us with other building professionals whose services we need to utilise and providing contact details. Overall we have been very pleased with the high standard of service Chris has given us.

Chris has assisted us since the start of town planning application and receiving communications among us and council. We are very new with such process but Chris's knowledge and experience had substantially make it much easier for us. He provided a lot of professional advices that correlated with current regulations. We then received our approval with no issues like a breeze! I also reckon he has a very fair price compare to all the other quotes i received. Would definitely recommend Chris as a professional drafter.
