From the first meeting with Zoe up until the DA submission for our new build, the team at YHD made the process seamless. The ladies of YHD have been amazing. They're supportive, understanding and just absolutely beautiful humans. We are working with YHD to install our pool and 2021 has just sucked so much thanks to COVID but YHD have made this experience that little less stressful and have been so fabulous. Thank you ladies. Cannot wait to float in that dream pool.

Zoe and been responded to our wishes and have created a design for the garage/granny flat office that is in keeping with the house but is also an attractive and functional building in its own right. DA approval came through without a hitch.

Comprehensive plans, wonderful people and incredibly skilled and fast at taking our ideas and turning them into a now Development Approved set of plans! So excited with the plans for our Merewether project and we highly recommend Zoe and the YHD team.
