“Great product. The foam mold worked great. The only thing I might be worried about would be the joints being a bit too large. Maybe they could make the mortar joints tighter because i'm afraid that the joints will crack from the heat and may crumble into the oven. I was able to take out the form in one piece. I did move the legs out about 4" before I built the rear wall to make it easier to pull the legs out. The square chimney form did not come out easily. I had to smash the Styrofoam to get it out. That made a bit of a mess. The directions were great as well. Easy for anyone to build.”

It is such a delight when you are not just dealing with a call center but have someone specific you can work with. Our representative was knowledgeable, friendly, had a sense of humor (!) and went out of her way to help, answer questions and get the best solutions as well as prices. She coordinated the shipment in order to get the lowest possible shipping costs. Everything arrived in the time promised and in good condition. Before we even ordered anything they sent us sample deck tiles free of charge so we could judge better how they look and work. The quality of the tiles, as well as the furniture, is top and we are very pleased with the outcome of our new deck. We would recommend Build Direct anytime.”
